AWS has developed and put into practice an O&M concept of wind generators with 24/7 monitoring, permanent optimization of processes and pro-active management characterizing with direct contact to manufacturer and suppliers of spare parts and systems, reaction times up to 2 hours, analysis and daily reporting of all key performance indicators for each WTG under operation.

Contractual availability (energetic) = 98.50%.
Average reaction time of service teams =1:44 h.
Production losses incurred due to maintenance and failures = 1.3 % from the wind park potential production.
